Our mission is to positively impact the development of youth in our community by providing soccer and life-enriching opportunities to young players of all ages and playing abilities. We aim to create a lifelong passion for the sport of soccer, and to help raise the level of soccer in our city, our state and our nation.

REGISTERING YOUR CHILD INTO
GREATER BINGHAMTON FC
In order to participate with ALL/ANY Greater Binghamton FC Teams or Coaches it is imperative every player is completing the $45 Annual Registration fee which covers each players insurances and liabilities.

The Greater Binghamton FC is a non-profit that must plan for staffing and resources in advance and because of this, has a limited refund policy. Please read through the policy for your specific program below.
GBFC REFUNDS ARE ALL CIRCUMSTANCE BASED.
Greater Binghamton FC WITHDRAW AND REFUND POLICY
The Greater Binghamton FC has a no refund policy on fees paid. GBFC is a non-profit that must plan for staffing and resources in advance and because of this has a no-refund policy. All requests to withdraw are based on individual circumstances to remove the player from the roster and discontinue his/her commitment to the team.
- No refunds are given on fees paid.
- Exceptions for injured players and families moving outside of the community. Withdrawals and refunds for those exceptions are subject to a $50 processing fee.
- If a player registers for the Summer season and decides to switch to the recreational league that same year, fees paid can be used to cover the cost of the rec registration for that same player. No refunds will be given for fees paid above the cost of the recreational program once the competitive season has begun. Fees paid are non-transferable to another player.
Injured Player Refund Policy (Long Term, 6-8 Weeks)
Injured Competitive players must provide a doctor’s note with the date of injury stating the player will be unable to play for the remainder of the season.
Greater Binghamton FC REFUND POLICY
Greater Binghamton FC has a limited refund policy.
- From date of registration to the first date of play – refund less a $20 processing fee.
- No refunds on clinics/training sessions after the first session date of the program.
- Injured player: Email a doctor’s letter to sportscenter@greaterbinghamtonfc.com. Refund will be prorated.
- Uniform/jersey fees are not refundable.
Greater Binghamton FC will do its best to reschedule missed sessions whenever possible. However, there are no refunds or fees will not be prorated if games or practices are canceled due to weather or field conditions and cannot be rescheduled.
RECREATIONAL PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
- From date of registration to the first date of play – refund less a $20 processing fee.
- No refunds will be given after the first day of the session except for medical reasons.
- Uniforms/jersey fees are not refundable.
- Injured player: Send a doctor’s letter to sportscenter@greaterbinghamtonfc.com.
